AdvantEdge Success Coaching is led by Barbara Jordan who has an extensive resume when it comes to experience applying psychology to the workplace. The whole idea behind her coaching sessions is to take healthy, self-motivated, successful clients and help them clarify their goals, discover their own strengths and weaknesses, and reach action-oriented solutions. Barbara has been an adjunct instructor at Concordia University of Wisconsin and has coached and trained countless leaders.
Most of our executive coaching sessions last from a half hour to 90 minutes, depending on the need of the client(s). Our manager training, leadership training programs can be held either on-site or over the phone on a one-on-one or group basis.
