Leaders: Re-Wire Your Brain for Success

Have you ever realized that it is impossible to make changes by simply reading books, attending workshops, or otherwise using your will power? Why do so many people fail when they try to manage their time, gain confidence, or develop emotional intelligence? Why do so many people struggle at getting that promotion or leading more effectively? The answer is: you cannot change what you do until you change the way the think.

Do you change the way you think by taking a pill or attending a seminar? No! Most people return to their old ways and maybe worse as soon as they leave the seminar. Many of us attend training only to place our materials on a shelf to get dusty and forgotten! Instead, you could “re-wire” your brain by programming your subconscious mind with empowering, positive thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes. This leads to change more quickly, easily, permanently than any other method. Sorry for the “psycho-babble”, but, let’s face it: your subconscious learns from and records everything you encounter in life. That is why it’s so effective at making AND sustaining change.

Have you ever experienced an overbearing boss, a stressful workload, pressure from public speaking, and a lack of time to meet your goals? Many of these issues start with learned behavior. Failure to listen, for example is a learned behavior. Micro-managing and “snooper-vising” are more learned behaviors. Try to change them and your subconscious mind tells you: “No you cant’! This is how you’ve always been. Its too hard to change now.” Then, your mind sends little signals–fear, discomfort, crankiness, and excuses– that stop you from changing. The good news is that you can change! When you are relaxed into a hypnotic state (with our powerfully transforming recordings), you easily accept positive suggestions which replace the old unwanted ones that hold you back from making desired changes. Check out our powerfully transforming leadership development recording and change for good … Now!

You see, we always act consistently with our thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, conclusions and self-image. This inner experience is the result of the images we feed our mind prior to an event. The good news? You have complete control over these mental pictures in a positive or negative direction. You can choose to fill your mind with positive success images or you can allow yourself to be pre-occupied with failure images. The choice is yours. Almost everything you’ve achieved in life or failed to achieve is due to the use or misuse of your imagination. Looking back, you’ll discover that everything you visualized positively came true for you. For example, did you imagine completing all of your classes and graduating with your college degree? Did you imagine your ideal relationship then meet just the right person? Have you ever visualized getting a job then it came true for you? You’ve been using visualization all along throughout your life. You just didn’t realize it!

Whatever you’ve imagined or visualized–positive or negative–this is how your subconscious mind is programmed or wired for failure or success. Unfortunately, many people use visualization randomly, not always beneficially. Instead, your goal should be to take complete control of your imagination so your mind is focused constantly on what you want to be, do, and have.

Creative visualization can help you achieve success. First, you use your imagination to create a clear image, idea, or feeling that you wish to materialize—that is, your goals, your desired changes. When you continue to focus on that idea, picture, or feeling, you give it positive energy until it becomes reality. You concentrate on it until you actually achieve what you’ve been imagining.

Whatever you want, it starts in your mind. If you focus on what you want (rather than what you don’t want, what you fear, or your doubts), you will unleash your potential. As stated by William Hewitt, “If you can see it in your mind’s eye, you will have it.” Write down your goals every day or, at the least, once a week. That will serve as a roadmap which will guide you to where you want to go. This vision will act as a magnet, attracting just the right people and events that will enable you to move forward in spite of all the distractions, disappointments, and detours you encounter along the way. If you don’t develop this map, someone else will.   Without a vision, you will let others define you. And, if you wander off course like that, you cannot succeed.

Research suggests that it takes 21 days for a new habit to develop. Apparently, you must deliberately repeat your new, desired behavior for about 21 consecutive days. But, if you replace a deep, long-standing belief with our relaxation/creative visualization audio recordings, it can take much less time! These recording use positive affirmations and relaxing, positive imagery to convince your subconscious mind that you can meet your goals with ease. As a result, they help you achieve long-lasting success much more quickly and easily.

Our Leadership Development recordings give you positive suggestions that convince you that you can achieve what you desire. So beware, because it will come true. It will become reality. Creative visualization is very empowering. As the saying goes, “Be careful what you wish for; it may come true.”
