  • Can't complete things because he/she gets distracted?

  • Feel like there's too much to do and he/she'll never get it all done?

  • Feel like he/she isn't achieving his/her potential?

  • Is your employee working hard but just can't manage to get the most important things done?

What is ADD COACHING?

ADD Coaching holds your employee accountable while encouraging him/her to take ownership of his/her health, happiness, and productivity. Coaching is individualized and focused on goals, actions, & solutions. It helps your employee build productive habits that improve his/her performance and increase success.

ADD Coaching also:

  • Helps employee identify not just his/her problems but also his/her strengths, what is working well for the employee.

  • Provides understanding about ADD challenges for others in employees' life while strategizing what he/she can do to overcome them.

  • Helps your employee develop personal awareness and responsibility; encourages him/her to seek options that bring progress and success.

  • Nurtures your employee's self-esteem, self-awareness, and self-control.

  • Enhances employee's planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills through customized structures.

  • Provides a nurturing relationship with a neutral person, a safe environment that enhances your employee's efficiency and reduces his/her isolation.

  • Provides your employee with support and understanding from an experienced coach knowledgeable about ADD.

  • Encourages your employee to move beyond just thinking into appropriate action.

  • Helps your employee improve his/her social skills so he/she can communicate more effectively and enhance relationships with co-workers.
