Coaching for Managers & Leaders with ADD and ADHD
I coach business leaders with ADD and other professionals who struggle with inattention, distractibility, disorganization, poor time management, impatience, & impulsivity.
My clients experience less struggle and stress, get more done with less effort, and have more focus, peace and happiness. What is ADD COACHING?ADD Coaching holds your employee accountable while encouraging him/her to take ownership of his/her health, happiness, and productivity. Coaching is individualized and focused on goals, actions, & solutions. It helps your employee build productive habits that improve his/her performance and increase success. ADD Coaching also:
Generally, on-site, phone or e-mail coaching is done in one-half hour or one hour increments, once weekly or twice monthly. However, we will design a plan that best fits you. The fee per month for individual coaching is for a minimum of 3 months. The fee for group coaching is $20 per session for a minimum of 4 months. Group coaching is done over telephone bridgeline. Fees
