The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)

The LPI is the most widely used 360-degree leadership assessment tool available today. It includes the LPI-Self instrument & the LPI-Observer instrument. These 30-item instruments measure the frequency of leadership behaviors in The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® outlined in Kouzes and Posner’s book entitled Leadership Challenge:
