One-on-One Coaching Onsite

  • Face-to-Face (when available) - scheduled coaching calls where the coach meets with you at your office or at a convenient location.
  • Telephone Sessions from the convenience of your home or office, no traveling required - scheduled coaching calls where the coach meets with you over the phone.
  • E-mail - a quick communication to the coach that doesn’t require an immediate response.
  • Emergency Check-Ins - unscheduled five-minute calls to your coach to help solve an urgent issue, answer a pressing question, discuss immediate options, brainstorm quick solutions, or share a current frustration or success. If I am available, I will talk with you. If not, I will set up the first available time when I can give you the support you need.
  • Scheduled sessions last from 30 - 60 minutes depending on your needs.
  • We typically schedule 3 - 4 scheduled coaching sessions per month depending on your needs.

Consulting

  • Length of service varies depending on the your unique needs; the contract may or may not involve follow-up with other services such as coaching or mentoring. Expertise areas coincide with speaking topics.

Corporate Team Coaching

  • Work with work groups via teleconferencing or locally on-site.
